GENERAL POLICY
Options and complements for our packages including lodging and what you must know.
WHAT YOU MUST KNOW
- You must wear a swimsuit in the Nordik spa and sandals in the rest of the establishment.
- During your treatments, a bathrobe and a locker are provided.
- The locker and the towels are provided with the therapeutic baths.
- A reservation must be made for the access to the Nordik Spa. During busy periods, we reserve the right to offer time-slot access to the spa. The required age is 16 years old.
- Arrival must be 15 minutes before your massage otherwise we cannot ensure the normal length of your treatment. For pregnant women, a minimum of 12 weeks of pregnancy is required.
- Our massage therapists are certified to issue insurance receipts.
- Reservations for treatments and for the spa must be guaranteed with a credit card. It is possible to cancel your treatment for free 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, 50% of your treatment will be charged to your card.
- The listed prices are per person, taxes and tips not included. Prices may vary without advanced notice. The tips are at your discretion.
